WHO WE NEED:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for shaping and executing HCSS’s organic social media and influencer strategy across channels. This role brings expertise in social content strategy, storytelling, content creation and amplification, audience and community engagement, platform best practices, and performance measurement, with a working knowledge of influencer and creator relations.
Working closely with content, creative, demand generation and the broader marketing team, the Social Media Manager will grow HCSS’s social presence, strengthen audience engagement, elevate customer and thought-leadership stories, and ensure social supports broader brand and business priorities. This person should have experience managing organic social media for a national organization supporting expansion into global markets.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of social media or digital marketing experience, including ownership of organic
- social strategy for a national or multi-market brand.
- Platforms & Tools
- Social media management and publishing platforms such as Sprout Social or equivalent
- Native social platform tools and analytics, with strong knowledge of LinkedIn
- Working knowledge of creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent

Role Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve HCSS’s organic social media strategy, including platform strategy, audience development, content planning, community engagement, and channel optimization.
- Develop, create, schedule, and publish social content in partnership with creative, video, content, and other internal teams.
- Develop integrated social campaigns supporting product launches, events, customer advocacy, corporate announcements, thought leadership, and employer-brand initiatives.
- Build social programs that leverage customers, industry voices, influencers, executives, and internal subject matter experts to expand HCSS’s reach and credibility.
- Manage community engagement and social listening, surfacing customer insights, industry trends, and opportunities for HCSS to engage.
- Proven ability to create an influencer program and best practices for success.
- Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, customer success, sales, communications, recruiting, and other teams to support broader business priorities.
- Monitor emerging platforms, audience behaviors, creator trends, and social best practices to identify new opportunities and continually improve HCSS’s social presence.
- Analyze channel and campaign performance, audience growth, engagement, sentiment, and business impact to optimize strategy and communicate results to stakeholders.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional travel (up to 5%) for industry conferences, annual HCSS Users Group Meeting (UGM), customer jobsite and office visits.
