Senior Product Manager, Marketing Operations - Remote

As part of Providence’s Marketing team, you will join an innovative group that operates at the intersection of consumer experience, marketing, business insights, and strategy. The Senior Product Manager will support the platforms and technology Marketing Operations and the broader Marketing and Digital Experience (MDeX) team use to plan and execute our Marketing campaigns. 

As an integral member of our Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for recommending and implementing technology platforms to meet MDeX’s objectives while driving efficiency and quality. You will also serve as the principal admin of that technology. To improve operations, you must work with end users and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop and implement bespoke solutions. Key to success will be embracing and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and identifying and measuring key operational metrics to inform data-driven decisions. Being able to help us visualize the metrics is a plus. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and critical thinking skills. You will also effectively prioritize work and communicate expectations, opportunities, and results to stakeholders and leaders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years experience building customer-facing web and mobile products, both zero-phase and ongoing
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable product outcomes
  • Track record of effective communication with leaders up to 2 levels above and other stakeholders, including the ability to present options and their inherent trade-offs so that decisions can be made quickly and effectively
  • Strong experience delivering solutions that delight customers and stakeholders and deliver on the intended value proposition; similarly, experience with helping stakeholders understand when/why a given solution will not deliver the value/results envisioned

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
