Provide postpartum nursing care for mothers and newborns on night shift (0.9 FTE). Monitor recovery, perform assessments, neonatal resuscitation as needed (NRP), provide patient education, document care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe discharge.

Lead and execute multiple supply chain and value-analysis initiatives to convert to cost-effective clinical and non-clinical goods and services. Manage governance, standardized tools, reporting, and implementation oversight. Coordinate stakeholders (clinical, sourcing, operations, suppliers), remove barriers, align priorities, drive change, and ensure approved initiatives are implemented enterprise-wide.

Oversee day-to-day functions of multiple clinical research studies, interfacing with the PI, patients, sponsors, and IRB. Maintain timely, accurate study documentation, ensure strict compliance with study protocols and GCP/ICH, perform phlebotomy and specimen handling as required, and assist with regulatory and operational tasks to support clinical trial conduct.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations (OB/GYN, fetal echo, breast) for physician evaluation and treatment. Requires ARDMS certification, BLS, five years registered sonography experience, and nuchal translucency certification.

Performs and completes echocardiographic exams per hospital standards, assists with Heart Institute procedures, troubleshoots ultrasound electronics, and supports patient care in clinic settings.

Manage, design, support, and secure the PACS imaging systems for Imaging and Cardiology. Maintain applications, executables, and access; organize and implement information system projects; train and support staff; assist Imaging Service Line operations and ensure system functionality in a major medical center.

Lead regional clinical informatics initiatives supporting nursing and interdisciplinary care partners. Oversee implementation, optimization, staff performance, clinical applications, decision support, quality improvement, education, and resource management in collaboration with clinical leaders.

Lead strategy and governance for HR digital experiences and knowledge management. Design and optimize employee portals, knowledge articles, search, taxonomies, and self-service tools using data and user research. Translate complex policies into user-friendly content, collaborate with HR, IS, vendors, and technical teams, and maintain/configure content in ServiceNow and related platforms.

Lead community outreach and health education for low-income and English-as-a-second-language populations. Develop program strategies, goals, and outcomes; recruit, train, and oversee volunteers; engage and develop community leaders; perform program assessment, planning, development and evaluation. Must demonstrate Spanish language competency and cultural advocacy, and may perform occasional driving for outreach activities.

Coordinate patient care for structural heart procedures (TAVR, MitraClip, LAAO, valve interventions, and trials). Responsibilities include referral screening, patient assessment, diagnostic coordination, clinic scheduling, chart preparation, patient education, care plan documentation, follow-up coordination, participation in weekly conferences, communication with referring providers, and oversight of program registries.

Provide lactation assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation for inpatients and outpatients. Serve as lead consultant offering breastfeeding education to patients and nursing staff, ensuring consistent support across postpartum, newborn, and couplet care settings. Support NICU training as needed and maintain IBCLC credentials and BLS certification.

Supervise and coordinate patient care support staff, develop and implement quality improvement programs, ensure efficient resource allocation, and maintain clinical standards and compliance for patients newborn and older.
