Senior Associate, Global Partnerships

We’re looking for a Senior Associate to join Snap! You will be tasked with helping us deliver better campaigns through advertiser insights and learnings. You’ll collaborate with Revenue Strategy, Product Marketing, and Creative Strategy to ensure our campaigns are running optimally and will make adjustments based on new findings. This person will educate and support sales partners in order to help them achieve ambitious revenue goals.
What you’ll do:
Provide real time analysis for Snapchat advertising campaigns; influence incremental spend through data-driven upsell recommendations.
Identify performance trends across campaigns to fuel optimization recommendations; evangelize best practices across the Global Partnerships team and external sales partners.
Function as a thought leader, offering insights related to vertical or category industry trends in order to inform or strengthen Snap’s in-market pitch.
Build and deliver revenue reporting to Global Partnerships management.
Train sales partners to empower them to become Snapchat advertising specialists and serve as a resource when partners encounter blockers.
Introduce and communicate efficiency of Snapchat ad products to sales partners and clients.
Conduct beta testing of new Snapchat products and report findings to Product Management group to enable Snap to build products that meet the needs of advertisers.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Data driven and analytical skills
Comfortable presenting insights to both external partners and internal stakeholders at the senior level.
Ability to improve work-flows and create efficiencies through systems and applications.
World class organization and time management skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a related area of study.
2-5 years of hands-on experience managing performance advertising campaigns, mobile experience a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Consistent track record of crafting measurable insights from data
Experience in leading training or enablement.
Experience creating and implementing new business processes.
Experience with Salesforce and Excel. Looker experience is a plus.
Proven experience managing client relationships.
