We’re looking for a self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and collaborative individual who is passionate about details. On the Deal Desk, you will be a cornerstone for driving GoGuardian’s topline success. This individual is responsible for processing a high volume of add on, new sales, and renewal contracts and helping review and build out quotes for the sales team.

What You'll Do

• Process a high volume of new purchase orders, add on sales and renewals and credit memos
• Build out quotes and renewals for the sales team
• Follow CRM processes and ensure data accuracy
• Approach all orders with a customer-first “ready to help” mentality.
• Work cross-functionally with different organizations such as Sales, Support, and Customer Success.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
• Proficient computer skills and experience with tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong emphasis on customer service
• Adept at multi-tasking and prioritization
• Must be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow independently.
• Effective written and verbal communicator
• You have strong interpersonal skills and are an excellent team player.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment is a must
• Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset
