As a Sales Operations Manager you will be an integral part of our brand-new Sales Operations Team and manage key aspects of day-to-day Operations. This is a highly visible and cross-functional role where you will work with Finance, Marketing, HR, and Sales to help establish an industry-leading sales process while promoting a culture for continuous improvement.

· Able to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
What will you do?
- Support sales teams using Salesforce with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas
- Act as subject matter expert for sales systems, data, and processes
- Document key sales operations initiatives in the company wiki
- Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ of experience in sales operations / revenue operations as a Salesforce subject matter expert with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of other CRM applications and email marketing strategies.
- Strong salesforce acumen (salesforce certification is nice to have but not required)
- General knowledge of common sales tools (outreach, chorus.io, linkedin sales nav, etc)
- A true partner to the Tapcart teams – You understand the importance of building relationships
- Ability to learn new applications and tools
