This candidate will push our GTM Sales Operations forward leveraging people, process, and technology to establish a CRM & strategy that enables our incredible team to perform at their best. You will be the thought partner for senior sales leadership and identify opportunities that will drive revenue growth through improved sales productivity and customer value.

The ideal candidate is at the intersection of strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with leadership skills to drive change. This candidate will demonstrate quick learning and an impressive history of driving results. The candidate will deliver through excellent communication to reach alignment across executive teams and keep projects on track.

You will be supporting a high growth, fast paced Sales and Customer Success org. In this role, you will be reviewing non-standard terms within Enterprise Sales contracts to ensure they are approved by the necessary stakeholders and are not exposing ClickUp to unintended risk.

The Role

  • Drive and execute go-to-marketing strategy.
  • Track business performance and provide insights to advise revenue leadership on forecasting and day-to-day decisions.
  • Build an efficient, highly effective structure for the sales team to operate with
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Establish strong working relationships with sales leadership, marketing, CS, systems, finance, and other cross-functional teams to achieve objectives without management.
  • Play a pivotal role in the annual planning process by making recommendations in areas such as headcount, quota setting, coverage model and organizational design.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years relevant experience in sales strategy, finance, consulting, or in equivalent roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement and propose necessary changes.
  • Comfortable communicating with Executive level decision makers.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with profitability analysis and pricing strategy.
