The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out general administrative sales support tasks, including maintenance of sales collateral, material, and resources; liaising and collaborating with other departments on company-wide projects as needed; identifying and improving inefficiencies; and rolling out and managing internal team processes, platforms, and on-boarding initiatives.

 

The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, is detail-orientated, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced and constantly-changing environment. This role requires a positive attitude, an aptitude for multitasking, and efficient time-management.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in data quality related issues such as CRM customer clean-up / de-duping & revenue data analysis and cleansing
  • Coordinate account activations with sales/marketing team
  • Schedule daily agenda for BD Bootcamp
  • Take notes/recap where applicable 
  • Keep all notes and recordings organized and share with the appropriate parties
  • Schedule lunch and learns with partners
  • Handles maintenance of SKU catalog and related sales resources
  • New hire training and on-boarding 
  • Help sales team prepare campaign-related legal documents (NDAs, other legal agreements) and route through standard approval processes
  • Review contracts for accuracy and compliance, facilitate contract signing and archiving process
  • Facilitate and triage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of issues
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working in operational capacity that involves cross functional team collaboration; Media/Advertising Sales a plus
  • Foundational knowledge and passion for social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability and appetite to learn quickly in a fast-paced team environment
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience using HubSpot and/or contract automation/order management software a plus
