We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join Snap! As a member of
our Sales Operations organization, you will consider the global sales team
to be your primary customers, and you will be responsible for ensuring that
they are equipped with the tools & knowledge they need to operate
efficiently and provide excellent service to their clients. Working from
our Santa Monica office, you’ll collaborate with the various cohorts of the
Sales team and other cross-functional partners to support the ongoing
development of our global sales tech stack in various ways such as
onboarding and implementing new/existing technology.
What you’ll do:
Treat the global sales team and their cross-functional partners as your primary customers, and ensure their day-to-day needs can be met with better sales tools.
Maintain ongoing operations of our global tech stack with a key focus on permissioning, access control, escalations, feedback gathering and issue resolution.
Help manage our strategic sourcing pipeline by maintaining a schedule of renewals, vendor reviews, RFP’s/RFI’s and key vendor touch points/conversations.
Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Business Marketing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that our knowledge and content centers are rigorously organized.
Work with other peers on Sales Operations to develop and maintain a clear framework for usage of sales tools, marketing collateral and knowledge center content, to ensure our efforts are maximizing value for the sales org and that opportunities for improvements are identified
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience working with technology/software at any stage of the vendor lifecycle (ie onboarding, implementation, admin/support). Ideally this skillset has been applied in an environment focused on sales.
Ability to evaluate new 3rd-Party tools/systems/software and roll out uses across many stakeholders.
Experience with content management and enterprise knowledge management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working in excel/google sheets with knowledge of advanced formulas.
Knowledge of sales technology, including Salesforce CRM, Highspot, or other common SAAS providers focused on sales organizations.
Strong project management experience, with an ability to evaluate and re-prioritize rapidly as part of a team and/or as an individual contributor
Experience working in the tech, media or digital advertising industry
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years working in Sales Operations, Technical Program Management, Salesforce/CRM Administration, or similar functions
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business, accounting, technology or related
field, or applicable work experience.
Experience curating information and collateral for a large enterprise
(500-1000) sales organization or teams.
Experience evaluating, onboarding or implementing third-party software
Expertise with Salesforce CRM
Expertise with knowledge management systems (Highspot, Hubspot, Guru, Salesforce, etc.)
Demonstrated proficiencies as a Program Manager in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to communicate effectively as a change agent, influencing
leadership and team members to take new actions and shift the daily behaviors of a team
