Sales Enablement Training Lead
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to join Team Snapchat! As part of the Sales Operations team, you will develop and deliver world-class programs that uplevel capabilities for our Global Sales team, enhance sales culture, and improve sales productivity. As a core part of our Sales Enablement team, this role will focus on leading sales training design, development and delivery to bring out the best in our Sales team and ensure individuals are equipped with the knowledge to be successful and drive revenue growth. Working from our New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, or Santa Monica office, you’ll collaborate with a variety of teams within Snap (including Sales, Product Marketing, Operations and Executive Leadership teams), along with vendors and external consultants.
What you'll do:
Spearhead world-class Learning & Development paths for all channels of our Sales organization
Coordinate with multiple internal groups to leverage expertise in design and delivery of content
Maintain a curation mindset to distill a high volume of information down to the most relevant and impactful learning points, provided in a way that resonates with the Sales team
Program manage execution of sales learning, ensuring content is always timely and relevant
Leverage Learning Management Systems to effectively deploy and manage sales training
Oversee the Snap Sales Onboarding Program and continuous improvement efforts
Engage, vet and oversee 3rd parties and contractor groups that will assist in developing and delivering learning programs
Deliver in-person, remote and recorded training programs for offices around the world
Incept and prioritize new training strategies and Sales Enablement initiatives
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales Operations, Product Marketing or related field
Experience building or delivering education programs or training
Experience working in the tech, media or digital advertising industry
Preferred qualifications:
Expertise in instructional design and curriculum development
Deep subject matter expertise with digital media and programmatic advertising
Demonstrated understanding of the sales role, and a commitment to strengthening the sales process with knowledge, creativity, and empathy
A track record of developing impact-focused, metrics-driven approaches to evaluate programs
Strong organization skills that help you manage priorities, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and work under tight deadlines
Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with numerous cross-functional teams
Instinct to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
An operational mindset towards executing against objectives, both tactically and strategically
Dynamic presence and the ability to capture a room when delivering training
Ability to communicate recommendations and insights effectively to executive level audiences
Experience administering LMS systems and tools that help scale programs across large teams
