In the Sales Enablement Sr. Associate, Communications role, you will be pivotal in the growth of our Advertising Solutions organization by distilling the vast spectrum of information available to Snap sellers into consumable, on-demand, relevant gems that are easily searchable and accessible.
We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused professional who has expertise in sales enablement, content development and communications. This person will be able to design, execute, and activate programs across a global sales organization. Our ideal candidate has an eye for content design & program management, the ability to bring complex topics to life through great storytelling, and is excellent at grabbing the attention of sales audiences through verbal and written communications.
In this role, you will define, develop, and execute the sales enablement communication strategy and activation for our global sales force. You’ll collaborate across a broad range of global stakeholders from product management, brand & business marketing, customer operations, sales and more. You will be responsible for empowering our sales teams to effectively communicate Snap’s value to our customers, drive revenue, and increase product adoption.
What you’ll do
Design, develop, and execute our sales enablement communication strategy, including which audiences to target, which channels to use, which formats are most effective, and which tools to leverage to consistently inform our global sales teams.
Develop and deploy a world-class content and communication strategy that enables our global sales team’s industry expertise, depth of product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Content could be multimedia in nature, including decks, newsletters, data sheets, web assets, videos, and more..
Partner directly with the larger Sales Enablement / Sales Operations team to collaborate and execute against your content strategy in lock step with the Education/ Development strategy and Tools/Insights strategy.
Operationalize our communications and content management across all sales channels, track success and adoption.
Execute complex programs and programs in a complex, global organization
Maintain knowledge of best practices, tools, and industry trends to incorporate into sales enablement strategy
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, English, or related field
6+ years of marketing and/or sales enablement experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in digital technology, advertising, or advertising technology
Ability to design, build, and execute against program strategy to solve business problems
Ability to effectively engage with and drive cross-functional teams to align around and achieve shared objectives (product, marketing, sales, creative, planning, etc.)
Ability to identify and position key product features, benefits, and value propositions in a clear and compelling way throughout multiple communication channels
A compelling communication and writing style that effectively translates cross functional messages into the language of sales
Ability to sort through the clutter and deliver a concise message that equips our sales teams to advance their opportunities
Ability to successfully balance multiple competing priorities and manage complex workstreams while consistently delivering results
Strong operational mindset, with attention to detail and ability to consistently communicate to a Global audience at scale
