Procore is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to develop and execute enablement priorities for our Sales and Customer Success team in EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada.  By partnering with Revenue leadership and local offices, you’ll build skills and enhance knowledge by delivering best-in-class onboarding and ongoing training. To succeed in this role, you’re a results-driven, resourceful, and strategic thinker who can scale programs across multiple global markets.

This position reports to our Head of Revenue Enablement and will be based in our London office or remotely. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately!

What you’ll do:

  • Establish and execute an enablement plan that spans multiple international markets (EMEA, APAC, LATAM and CAN) by collaborating with Sales and Customer Success leadership, Corporate and Revenue Strategy, Field Operations and Marketing organisations
  • Clearly define plans, competency models, and KPIs for onboarding and ongoing training, GTM sales readiness, content management and associated assets needed, and KPIs for each market 
  • Collaborate across a larger enablement team for deliverables such as manager enablement, on-demand learning, methodology and value messaging resources, content creation and asset management, and communications
  • Oversee the development of training initiatives and content creation specialised to local market needs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to articulate best-in-class enablement, clear roles and responsibilities and deliverables needed for our customer-facing teams to be successful
  • Create a strong feedback loop and scorecard to understand business impact and what is resonating with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve programs for a better enablement experience
  • 10%-15% travel to Austin, New York, Sydney, Vancouver, and other worldwide locations

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is required 
  • 8+ years of experience in business, with 2+ years experience training revenue teams
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Experience working across multiple international markets
  • Strong understanding of methodologies, sales process, customer lifecycle, and revenue tech stack 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others, navigate ambiguity and problem-solve with root cause identification
  • Demonstrated experience of strong project management skills and effective communication
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, teaching, facilitating, and writing skills, coupled with experience providing training to a diverse set of sales teams
