Sales Development Representative (New Markets)

We’re looking for passionate and energetic Sales Development Representatives to join our elite team here at ServiceTitan. As our Sales Development Representative (New Markets), you will:

  • Build a Sales Pipeline: You'll be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline for prospective customers in the market of focus for Corporate pipeline (outbound, events, lead enrichment), while meeting & exceeding your monthly sales quotas; log & maintain all activity on salesforce.com
  • Enable Teams: Train team on the new markets strategy once it goes back to Core Sales and enable team to sell to new market 
    • Help develop qualification guide per new market for Core Sales 
  • Enter New Markets: Manage new markets CA execution at all trade shows as well as travel to attend trade shows and other events to meet potential customers in-person to tell them about ServiceTitan
  • Drive Customers: Drive potential customers to discover unmet needs and how we can deliver extraordinary value; Develop relationships with customers to curate testimonial assets for Marketing; Strategically craft honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely and collaboratively with New Markets Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans; Work cross functionally with Product Marketing on Go To Market strategy and messaging 
  • Facilitate Expansion: Create and test new talk tracks for pilot market 

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least one year of experience in advanced sales development role 
  • Prior experience working within B2B sales environment 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone
  • Ability to handle objections and demonstrate value
  • Ability to understand the product fit and qualify at a detailed level to ensure a good fit
  • Ability to collaborate in a small-team environment to improve processes, help AE’s be prepared heading into calls, and give feedback to your manager on the market of focus
  • Tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performer
  • Ability to articulate product value proposition with any level of detail or brevity
  • High level of intellect, passion, ambition, curiosity, adaptability, and grit
  • Resourcefulness and adaptability to new responsibilities and fast-paced work environment
