Role Overview:
At the beginning of Q3, we will be looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team and focus on growing our Mid Market business. This segment represents a huge opportunity for EZ Texting and we want someone who is eager to do the best work of their lives while supporting others in doing the same.
You will be responsible for driving the sales process with prospective customers from demo through close. You will work closely with our prospects to understand their business objectives and act as their trusted guide for using EZ Texting most effectively. You’ll also work with cross-functional teams to help align our product roadmap and marketing materials with customer feedback. Primary Responsibilities:
Drive sales revenue through new client acquisition
Work in a team with your dedicated inside Sales and Business Development representatives, and Solutions Architect to identify, prospect, demo, and close new business
Provide recommendations based on a customer’s business needs, communicating the value proposition at every stage of the buying process
Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the buying cycle
Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas of the business
Diligently input and update prospect and client information in our CRM (Salesforce)
Develop target customers at the C-suite, VP, and Director level at mid-market organizations
Collaborate with a dedicated Marketing, Product and Customer teams as we push our products to market as an independent business unit within the EZ Texting organization
Requirements:
An experienced Account Executive, with 3+ years of inside sales experience, selling into the Mid-Market space in a tech/SaaS company.
Articulate and poised, with clear and concise spoken and written communication. An active listener who is assertive, persistent, and persuasive.
Experienced in closing five-figure business ($10k/mo+)
Consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions
Collaborative, agile, competitive and coachable
An understanding of, and experience in startup-level hard work
Sales Rock Star with a proven history of consistently blowing out sales quotas and objectives
Self-driven, results-oriented optimist with a clear focus on quality and business performance - you do the right things the right way.
