Lead, US Strategic Partner Management

We’re looking for a Lead, Strategic Partner Manager to join Snap! As a member of the Content team, working from our Santa Monica office, you will manage relationships with key publishing partners ensuring their success on Snap. You will work with Internal teams including Business Affairs, Product, Editorial and others. The role comes with significant autonomy and requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Snapchat’s content partners play an important role in entertaining and informing Snapchatters around the globe. As these partners grow and develop so do their needs. We are looking for an individual who can guide partners in their success while also establishing best in class operations for partner communication. The successful candidate must have a passion for Snapchat, our users and Content.
What you'll do:
Be the face of Snap to a diverse and select group of publisher partners, demonstrating knowledge and expertise across all facets of partnership
Manage partner communication, drive product adoption, and utilization of best practices
Act as a primary point of contact for partners. Manage and grow relationships with partners across all varying levels in the organization
Understand partners’ priorities and advocate internally on their behalf to cross-functional counterparts
Track and analyze platform and partner health metrics, driving positive ROI
Conduct business reviews with partners and develop an understanding of their business needs
Educate partners on Snap’s advertising capabilities and work collaboratively with Partner Sales to drive partner sold revenue
Identify opportunities for efficiency and operational excellence of projects and process
Establish new processes to improve current workflows in order to drive strategic growth and scale our service to a high volume of content partners
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 6+ years experience in account or partner management / at a technology, content or media business
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep understanding of the content and media landscape
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Must possess an operational mindset
Team player with experience working cross-functionally, and experienced at improving workflows and optimization
Strategic thinker, problem solver, and self-starter that thrives in fast-moving environments
Project management excellence including a proven track record of driving projects to completion
Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships with senior level executives
Presentation and communication experience
