We are looking for a full-time sales professional to add value to the Metal Toad sales team.

Day to day you will provide mission critical, enterprise sales support by generating and managing leads from identification through contract support. This is a remote, admin-focused sales role that places key emphasis on consistent daily execution and extremely high levels of organization.  

Metal Toad is the world’s only AWS consulting partner in the media and entertainment space and this key position will connect the company with targets in the Hollywood ecosystem and beyond. The ideal candidate has a keen interest in working collaboratively while comfortably navigating a dynamic, technology focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key metric of success is the ongoing creation of qualified sales discovery meetings for senior sales executives including robust calendar management.
  • Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of knowledge of Metal Toad’s core technology offerings (AWS, ReactJS, etc.) through independent study and completion of company-sponsored business focused certifications.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Daily you will: 
    • respond to inbound sales leads from multiple sources, including but not limited to; phone qualification, CRM management, research and CRM maintenance.
    • prepare meeting agendas, coordinate attendees and maintain communication as required until hand-off.
    • provide trackable updates on progress and potential blockers.
    • conduct research (directed) and new lead generation.
    • track all activities and potential deals through the Hubspot CRM pipeline.
  • Weekly:
    • After training, you will be responsible for adding 200+ new qualified contacts to the Hubspot CRM
    • A qualified contact is someone who works in a target industry (entertainment) and field (IT) to be a potential buyer or influencer.
  • Monthly:
    • You will leverage automated outreach and customized research to generate 30+ new discovery meetings per month for the sales team
    • A new discovery meeting means that the prospect was not a past customer and Metal Toad has never met with them before.

 

ADDITIONAL  RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with cross functional teams in a highly collaborative workplace as required.
  • Post Covid support of on-site client related events that are hosted by Metal Toad.
  • Post Covid coordination of travel for client meetings. 


 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Believe in the company mission
  • 2+ years of consultative sales experience

  • Extremely strong organizational and planning skills

  • Basic Familiarity with the following online tools:
    • LinkedIn
    • Google Suite (Drive, Gmail Etc)
    • CRM (Hubspot)
    • Keynote
    • Slack
  • Creation and use of spreadsheets (excel or drive)
  • Can competently draft outreach emails with some oversight and/or approval.
  • A strong interest in sales, business development and revenue generation
  • Note taking and journaling is a function of the role.
