Enterprise Sales Development Representative

We have a team of over 40 with some working at the main studio in Los Angeles while most of us work remotely all across the US. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be primarily responsible for identifying new customers and reaching out to lay the groundwork for sales. As part of a small, but ambitious team, you will have a significant amount of autonomy and opportunity for growth. We appreciate new ideas, and out-of-the box thinking is encouraged.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an enthusiastic, well-spoken ambassador that genuinely looks out for the interests of our customers, rather than an overly aggressive, sell-at-all-cost type. Key Responsibilities:
High volume of daily outreach via emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn
Consistently generate new opportunities to fuel your Account Executive's pipeline
Work early stage leads from generating first contact to leading discovery and handoff to your AE
Assist in conversion of prospects to customers
Strategic market research to explore new approaches to reaching potential customers
Work closely with the sales team to follow-up and make in-roads with new prospects

Strong desire to grow personally and professionally in Sales
Innate interest in start-ups, sales, technology, and healthcare
A self-starter with problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and business judgment
Ability to build and nurture relationships with sales prospects
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn and apply product knowledge to sales calls and pursuits
An innate desire to help people
Qualifications
1-3 years experience of SDR experience or sales experience
Basic knowledge in prospecting via phone, email, chat and social networks in a sales environment

Full-time with mixture of remote and on-site responsibilities
