Enterprise Account Executive
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in the contact center industry. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
Making new business plans.
Managing the entire sales cycle.
Seeking new sales opportunities.
Introducing products/service to prospective clients/customers.
Attend industry related events to identify new leads.
Keeping track of sales trends.
Stay current with industry trends and competitors.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include:
5+ years experience as an Account Executive, ideally with 3+ years experience in the Contact Center industry.
Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Ability of persuasion, presentation, and relationships building.
- Strong knowledge of market research, sales, product, and service offerings.
Good negotiation skills.
Experience with Salesforce.
Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written).
