Why Work with Us?
At Edify, we value Empowerment, Education, Innovation, Leadership, and Community. We are building a team of like-minds who aren't afraid to push the boundaries of what's possible. Together we work hard, collaborate, lift one another up, and challenge each other without fear. We also believe that a round of high-fives is a great way to end meetings.
An Insider's view of Edify
How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?
As a local Angeleno who's allergic to traffic, one of my favorite things about Edify is the work-life balance. I'm able to work early mornings to early afternoons, which leaves me a productive, yet happy camper. Beyond the work-life balance, I enjoy working at Edify because your input is truly valued across the Company, no matter who you are.
What projects are you most excited about?
Expanding our team is a primary focus of mine as we continue our growth. Establishing relationships with the potential talent to share how working at Edify can enrich careers is something I am eager to continue to do. All teams will be involved in this, and it's fun to collaborate to determine what talent fits best into our rapidly evolving goals!

How does the company support your career growth?
I started at Edify as an EA, looking to learn within a startup. Whether creating presentations or designing our office, my opinion was always welcome. I was encouraged to join marketing and able to learn from our expert team. Edify offers young startup energy with the experience of a veteran company. Equality, opportunity and professionalism.

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?
Accessibility is critical when your team spans time zones and moves fast. I have an open virtual door. I give direction but don’t micromanage. I want passion & creativity (not just task-doing), so we connect often, via video as much as possible. Video’s personal, remarkable, and also terrible because hair and make-up. 😉 But I’m here for all of it
