ServiceTitan is looking for a Director of TM/Channel Sales that will build out GTM with key TMs in "channels" to provide additional pipeline and assistance with closing in our segmented sales force. This will encompass specific geographic territories and named accounts. Channels will compromise of building key relationships and synergistic GTM activities with corresponding territory managers of suppliers, distributors, influencers, associations, best-practices organizations and other partners.

At ServiceTitan, you will...

  • Manage forecasting for the month, quarter, and fiscal year while working with Finance to ensure we are hitting our set target
  • Establish a hiring process that will allow the team to grow and perform in an efficient manner
  • Deepen our messaging and playbook operations by partnering with Product Marketing to build out content for how we interact with TMs and other influencers
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) to sales development focused on building relationships, pipeline and qualified opportunities from partners, suppliers, distributors all AKA “channels”
  • Work with our Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives to source and close business for strategic accounts and with key partners, suppliers, distributors
  • Proactively monitor and tweak onboarding process pertaining to select franchises
  • SME to sales closing related to the above “channels”, hosting regional road shows and events
  • Source new lead lists from all channels
  • In addition to opening and closing, you will also help in existing customer relationships attached to their channels.
  • Manage appropriated named accounts / specific geographic territory and filter leads down to the sales development and AE segments
  • Ensure all systems are in place to onboard and support all new Service Titan contractors that come onboard
  • Secure New Markets marquee logos and assessment strategies via industry contacts and strategic engagement with our New Markets and Growth Teams


The ideal candidate will have...

  • At least 10 years of experience in home services industry
  • Proven, successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding your sales quota
  • Ability to handle objections and demonstrate value
  • Ability to articulate product value proposition with any level of detail or brevity
  • Highly intelligent, passionate, ambitious, and a team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone
  • A tenacious work ethic with the desire to be a top performer
  • A willingness to perform Outbound in addition to Inbound Sales
  • The ability to close business and create urgency with prospects while maintaining rapport and keeping the potential clients best interest in mind
  • Bachelor's degree required
