What we are looking for...

A highly motivated Director of Brokerage Services that will lead and drive AvantStay’s referral agent and lead processing sales strategy in support of our brokerage and PropCo lead pipelines. We are looking for an experienced sales leader that specializes in building high velocity sales teams that are focused on top-of-funnel, new business and referral efforts. The ideal candidate should have a history of success in optimizing and standardizing group performance and optimizing lead pipelines for maximized conversion.

What you'll do...

  • Individually contribute as well as have the opportunity to lead and successfully manage a rapidly growing group of Real Estate Agent Liaisons and Referral Partner Agents by building out a business line for converting and processing referral and organic leads for handoff.
  • Optimize CRM + Lead Tracking.
  • Drive a distributed team to exceed aggressive quotas.
  • Develop and identify opportunities for growth, collaboration, and innovative ways to drive scale.
  • Effectively grow AvantStay’s vacation rental portfolio by partnering with Brokerage leadership and Sales teams.
  • Partner with other key company leaders throughout AvantStay to develop and improve our referral strategy.
  • Build internal and field relationships with focus on referral business to our property management sales team.
  • Property define and route warmed leads to the appropriate funnel for conversion.
  • Recruit, inspire, and coach (must have a passion for talent development).
  • Foster an environment that recognizes and encourages top performance and takes action to address areas of opportunity and under performance.

What you'll bring...

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 5-7 years experience preferred leading and mentoring a remote sales team
  • Understanding of real estate, short-term rentals, and/or property management
  • Experience working with referral leads and systems
  • Strong talent development skills (intentional coaching practices)
  • Expert experience leveraging sales tech stack: CRM (Hubspot or Salesforce), data intelligence tools, communication (telephony, SMS, and email)
  • Proven track record of leading teams to consistently exceed against quota and outlined metrics
  • Highly metrics-driven with the ability to identify and manage effectively according to the performance of the group
  • Background in scaling and leading sales teams
