The Clinical Account Manager will play a starring role in helping to reach Medely’s goal of continually innovating, adapting to our rapid growth, and providing best-in-class service levels. As we are a growing startup, your voice matters when it comes to processing Vendor Management Systems best practices.

What you will do:

  • Manage VMS/MSP assignments while cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients 
  • Assist in all stages of the customer journey as needed, support fellow team members across all departments 
  • Ensure the satisfaction of our client's facilities through proactively meeting their staffing needs 
  • Serve as a primary contact person
  • Responsible for candidate submissions ensuring all submissions meet standards
  • Match candidates to VMS orders with a particular submission process required per VMS/facility
  • Negotiates salary, benefits, and stipends, and/or bonuses to ensure an acceptable company profit margin within company parameters
  • Communicate VMS application status and/or decision to the recruiter 
  • Drafts contracts and offers
  • Facilitates onboarding working closely with the Compliance Team
  • Monitors performance during assignment; includes regular communication, conflict resolution, and retention
  • Manage cancellations per policy-initiates appeals if necessary and participates in weekly Appeals meetings
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual activity metrics and revenue targets
  • Meets and exceeds established hiring goals, budgets, and performance standards. 
  • Responsible for logging activity and desired data in all online applications for tracking, benchmarking, and process improvement 
  • Flexibility to adapt and grow into new Recruiting Roles Attend Professional Seminars as an exhibitor on occasion
  • Takes advantage of networking opportunities. 
  • Contribute to various projects related to the assignments department as needed. 

What we are seeking:

  • Current RN License preferred
  • Recruiting or Account Management experience is a plus. However, full training is provided. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  • Computer literate with proficiency in web-based products and ability to learn new applications easily 
  • Professional Friendliness Home office & Internet Connection with DSL, cable, or fiber internet connection with upload speeds >1Mbps

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected base salary range for this role in Colorado is $60,000 to $65,000.

This position may be eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: equity, bonus, health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits. Actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by law.Connecticut, Ohio, Rhode Island, Nevada, NYC, Maryland and Washington all have compensation laws typically requiring that the compensation is disclosed after the first round of interviews.
