The Opportunity: As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for existing SMB and Mid-Market clients to call on to build and grow by showing Medely’s services. The Associate Account Manager will be expected to proactively reach out to SMB customers in order to: guide customer success and strategy, conduct recurring business reviews, identify up-sell opportunities, and manage customer renewals.

The Associate Account Manager will uncover client needs and execute strategy to establish mutually beneficial long-term relationships. While acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, you will work collaboratively with our Sales, Support, Finance, and Clinical Marketplace Team.

What you will do:

  • Own the overall post-launch relationship with Medely customers
  • Increase customer platform usage and adoption
  • Ensure customer retention and contract renewal
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Up-sell and uncovering new revenue opportunities
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers
  • Work with customers to establish critical goals, key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
  • Manage customer escalations

What we are seeking:

  • 1-2 years of sales or account management experience minimum
  • Expertise of managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations and negotiating successful resolutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected base salary range for this role in Colorado is $50,000 - $55,000, annually.

This position may be eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: equity, bonus, health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits. Actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by law Connecticut, Ohio, Rhode Island, Nevada, NYC, Maryland and Washington all have compensation laws typically requiring that the compensation is disclosed after the first round of interviews.
