Our Risk & Operational Solutions team sells into the verticals that provide products and services directly to US consumers. We help our customers to mitigate fraud and reduce the need for introducing unnecessary friction during every consumer contact across every interaction channel (web, mobile, contact center, etc.). By providing data services designed to optimize both inbound and outbound contact strategies and the subsequent consumer interaction, we deliver our clients the consumer insights they need to deliver great customer experiences, realizing significant operational savings, and mitigating both fraud and compliance risks.
Your Impact
This role will be focused on selling to a defined list of mid-market enterprise accounts within specific industry verticals as well as to inbound leads which are not named accounts. You will work closely with these accounts predominately via the phone and digital meetings to serve as a trusted advisor who understands their challenges and goals. You will build and foster relationships within the fraud, operations, customer experience, and technology organizations of these enterprises. You will be contributing to our businesses growth in a fast-paced environment through collaborative efforts amongst sales, product, and engineering. You will become an integral part of the success of our rapidly growing business by communicating and servicing the needs of our customers.
Your Qualifications
A proven track record of selling five and six figure engagements into mid-market enterprises; 3+ years of quota carrying experience in the field of information or SaS based services to enterprises that sell direct-to-consumer; and a bachelor's degree is required.
