About the team and the role:

The Global Sales Operations & Enablement team drives operational excellence across eBay’s global seller development organization, empowering Business Development, Account Management, 3rd Party Partnerships, and Integration teams by delivering actionable insights, efficient processes, and targeted enablement to accelerate seller success and business performance.

The Sales Enablement & Operations Manager will be responsible for driving content and training strategy and own the administration of our global learning management system (Brainshark). You will take a data-driven approach to enablement to drive sales team knowledge, productivity, and success, tying closely to organizational KPIs. You will be building a streamlined and scalable enablement operation, working cross-functionally to deliver on key objectives. The role will partner closely with our Global Seller Development sub-teams, analytics, the Salesforce technology, product, and category teams. You will have a strong focus on crafting a culture of learning excellence, from subject matter expert training to documentation and end-to-end training delivery.

What you will accomplish:

LMS Administration 

  • Manage user access, groups, enrollments, permissions, and content across global teams

  • Build and maintain courses, curriculums, learning paths, and coaching activities in Brainshark

  • Implement archive rules, expiration warnings, and automated notifications to content

  • Serve as the go-to expert on Brainshark platform capabilities and usage

​​Content & Program Management

  • Manage content development process, from intake and scoping through execution and launch, including updated and new content creation

  • Own the quarterly content review process; coordinate notifications, gather feedback, and track updates

  • Maintain content quality, branding, and consistency across all training modules while meeting the needs of different sales roles and regional requirements

  • Provide instructional design support through content frameworks, templates, and feedback to help Subject Matter Experts (SME) design training that incorporates adult learning principles and best practices for effective learning

  • Act as a central point of coordination between SMEs and Sales Ops & Enablement

  • Own a global training calendar, scheduling and coordinating live and virtual training sessions for the global team

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders through internal communications and change management

  • Create and share reports and dashboards on training completion, engagement, and adoption

What you will bring:
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or sales operations within a technology sales environment

  • Experience designing and administering a learning management system

  • Experience building and leading trainings for global revenue driving teams

  • Build positive relationships across various teams within eBay and enjoy collaboration

  • Highly results oriented and driven

  • Process oriented with strong attention to detail

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with little direction

  • History of program or project management including scoping, timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, organizational change, etc.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a hands-on culture

  • Experience leading change management

  • Knowledge in the Salesforce CRM platform functionality and standard methodologies

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$84,800 - $146,900

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
