Sales Coordinator

You are helpful and organized by nature, you have the gift of persuasion and you want to learn everything there is to know about sales. As a Sales Coordinator, you would be well positioned to learn the ins and outs of sales, while supporting our Enterprise Sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Be the department’s communications hub, ensuring the flow of messages and info within the department and externally between fellow departments, customers and vendors.
  • Log information in Salesforce when reps have limited availability
  • Coordinate onsite meetings with various internal stakeholders and prospective customers
  • Coordinate travel accommodations for outside sales reps to optimize for time and ensure on time arrival to meetings
  • Work to troubleshoot issues that outside sales reps faces while on the road, such as sending prospect communications due to flight delays, re-arranging travel, determining what local store has a projector available for purchase because one broke, etc.
  • Represent the Outside Sales in internal meetings while they are on the road, including: taking actions, communicating changes, and requesting feedback as needed
  • Documenting and following up on outstanding action items with prospects, partners, and third party vendors
  • Project management of internal initiatives to support outside sales, such as RFPs (request for proposals)
  • Processing payments for sold deals
  • Prepares and processes expense reports in accordance with established divisional travel policy guidelines; ensures the timely processing of expenses

What You'll Need

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in working within a sales organization in an administrative, coordinator or assistant role
  • You are a self starter, passionate, ambitious and have a "can do" attitude
  • You are self-motivated, have the ability to work independently, and are people oriented
  • Proficiency and knowledge of Google Suite
  • Experience booking travel & hotel accommodations
  • Experience with SalesForce is a plus
  • Bachelors degree preferred
