About the Role:

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team, reporting to the Associate Director of Performance Marketing. In this role, you’ll drive paid user acquisition across platforms like Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads, while owning ASO strategies to maximize app growth. You’ll manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with creative, analytics, and product partners to refine campaigns and improve user acquisition funnels.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both analytical rigor and creative problem-solving. You’ll have the opportunity to lead with innovation while leveraging AI and automation to scale marketing efforts and directly shape the growth of our mobile app.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant networks.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention) and optimize campaigns to meet growth targets.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad concepts, test new formats, and refine messaging.
  • Own ASO strategy including keyword optimization, creative testing, and conversion rate optimization on the App Store and Google Play.
  • Run A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and app store assets to continuously improve performance.
  • Manage budgets and forecasting, ensuring efficient allocation of spend.Partner with analytics and product teams to understand user behavior, attribution, and cohort performance.
  • Lead with AI to automate work streams and drive innovations that enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with a focus on mobile app growth.
  • Proven track record managing paid acquisition campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience managing and optimizing large-scale budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, ASA, DSPs).
  • Experience with ASO best practices and tools (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action).
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making; comfortable with Excel/Sheets, BI tools, and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
  • Skilled at adapting with agility and maintaining momentum in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker who can partner with design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives.

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Experience with rewards-driven apps.
  • Familiarity with SQL or deeper analytics skills.
  • Experience running multi-cultural ad campaigns, tailoring messaging and creatives for diverse audiences.

Compensation:
