About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in paid social and preferably in programmatic and / or other performance channels. This person will start with owning existing paid social efforts and craft the audience and creative strategy to expand into additional channels social and beyond. To be successful, this person will need to be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong data analysis skills and be an effective collaborator with both internal cross-functional teams as well as external partners. This role will work closely with internal creative, web, lifecycle, analytics and ops teams as well as external agency and vendor partners.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years dedicated to managing paid social specifically

  • Hands-on-keyboard media buying experience

  • Demonstrated experience driving growth through marketing channel(s).

  • Experience analyzing data from disparate systems to identify trends, i.e. ad platforms, site analytics tools, BI tools and CRMs

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (creative, web, lifecycle, analytics and finance teams)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional paid channels, such as Youtube, programmatic, podcast, direct mail, etc.

  • 2+ years working at a high growth startup

  • Experience in the healthcare, mental health or other highly regulated space

  • Experience with new platform set up and troubleshooting audience integrations and tracking requirements
