We’re looking for a hands-on and creative Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media execution across Google, Programmatic & Paid Social. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, visual-first environments and loves turning creative experiments into performance wins.
You’ll be responsible for driving campaign execution, optimization, and testing across multiple platforms—while collaborating closely with our design, content, and analytics teams. You’ll work alongside a seasoned Senior Performance Marketing Manager and report directly to the Director of Performance Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid media strategy across Google Search, Shopping, Meta, Programmatic, and emerging channels to drive qualified traffic and conversion.
- Optimize ad spend to achieve growth and efficiency goals, balancing performance targets with brand storytelling, seasonal campaign needs, and new product launches.
- Collaborate closely with brand and creative teams to craft and test assets that resonate with high-intent shoppers and reflect our luxury positioning.
- Build reporting dashboards & attribution models to analyze campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and present findings to the wider team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally within fine jewelry, luxury retail, or other considered-purchase categories.
- Extensive experience in managing and optimising product feeds for Google Shopping, Meta & other feed-based campaigns. Expert in all things Google.
- Programmatic experience to include campaigns targeting Display, Digital OOH & CTV media buys. Previous experience scaling these campaigns efficiently & internationally.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with GA4, Looker, Triple Whale, or similar tools; comfortable in drawing insights and making data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to balance brand integrity with performance marketing objectives. Preferred: Fluent in English with additional languages such as Spanish or German a plus.

-Lift/carry and push/pull up to 25 pounds
