FIGS is looking for a Teams Support Associate to work closely with our Teams Relationship Managers and ensure the highest level of support to both their team and our customers from the healthcare field. The ideal candidate is someone who loves helping others, takes initiative and is process-oriented. The role will report directly to FIGS’ VP of Teams. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Triage new inquiries across Zendesk and HubSpot to the Teams Relationship Management team
  • Provide support to customers including: program details, lead qualification, returns and exchanges
  • Assist customers via Teams support line (phone, email, text, etc.)
  • Support Teams Relationship Managers to build draft orders
  • Partner with Embroidery and Fulfillment teams to meet timelines
  • Develop knowledge on top accounts and manage support related inquiries

Requirements: 

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer experience or customer service role
  • Passion for helping customers
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with reporting tools, CRM, and ecommerce processing 
  • Zendesk and HubSpot knowledge a plus
