We build cutting edge solutions in Financial Technology (FinTech), Internet of Things (IoT), etc. to empower contractors to take the next leap forward in streamlining technician interactions with the homeowner. Customer Adoption Representative

The ServiceTitan Platform team is looking for a go-getter to help drive adoption with existing initiatives, such as ServiceTitan Payments, Integrated Financing, as well as future opportunities. The primary responsibility for this role is to engage existing customers, explain the high-level value of our platform features and help our customers understand the benefits of our products, which helps them grow their businesses.

What you’ll do

  • Engage in warm outbound to existing customers
  • Make 50-75 calls a day to customer lists
  • Maintain strict adherence to call/email cadences (e.g. call first, email right after, call 2 days later, etc)
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Platform Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate communication plans
  • Engage in pain point-based selling (figure out what their current pain points are first, then provide messaging around how our solutions can alleviate those pains)
  • Log all activity in Google Sheets/Salesforce.com

What you’ll need

  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in similar role
  • Merchant Services experience preferred
  • Sales or Customer Success background preferred
  • Have a great phone voice (be comfortable talking on the phone) & have excellent communication style (phone/voice)
  • Ability to follow guidance/instructions/sales track messaging from internal team lead and work with other internal team members
  • Ability to pitch a service (e.g. talk to the value of ServiceTitan Payments)
  • Ability to stay organized and follow and update customer lists
  • Ability to be on the phone around 6 hours per day with customers, with the remaining time updating information and talking to our internal team on customer status’
  • Ability to start around 7:30am PT and work for 8 hours
