The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Integrated Campaign Manager, Security to develop and execute thematic marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth across Presidio's Security portfolio.
Reporting to the Vice President of Demand Generation, this role serves as the central marketing leader responsible for translating Security business priorities into impactful, multi-channel campaigns that accelerate net-new acquisition, customer expansion, and sales pipeline. The right candidate combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution skills and has deep experience managing complex B2B campaigns across digital, content, field, partner, and sales motions.

This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role that requires strong partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, Field Marketing, Digital, Partner Marketing, Content, Marketing Operations, SDR teams, and external partners. You will create cohesive pipeline generations programs that drive measurable business outcomes by leveraging established themes and working in lock step with the VP, Demand Generation. Beyond executing Security campaigns, this person will build campaign frameworks and playbooks that can be adopted and adapted by Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and other teams across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

Integrated Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Build and execute integrated demand generation campaigns aligned to Security business priorities, target accounts, buyer personas, and growth objectives.
  • Develop campaign strategies that connect thought leadership, solution messaging, digital engagement, events, content, and sales activation into a unified experience.
  • Translate annual and quarterly business goals into scalable campaign plans that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue across the Security buyer journey.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to bring Security solutions and value propositions to market through compelling, differentiated campaign narratives.

Campaign Execution & Orchestration

  • Own end-to-end campaign management with key stakeholders to include; planning, asset development, launch, optimization, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate and partner with key team members to execute across channels including:
    • Digital advertising and paid media
    • Email marketing and nurture programs
    • Web experiences and landing pages
    • Content syndication
    • Webinars and virtual events
    • Industry events and conferences
    • Partner marketing initiatives
    • Sales activation and enablement materials
  • Ensure all campaign assets, activities, and execution plans are delivered on time and aligned to campaign objectives.

Pipeline Generation & Revenue Impact

  • Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline for Security solutions.
  • Manage campaign performance against key KPIs: engagement, MQLs, qualified opportunities, pipeline creation, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize investments, messaging, audience targeting, and channel mix.

AI-Powered Campaign Development

  • Bring an AI mindset to campaign development and management. From content creation and audience segmentation to personalization and performance optimization (in partnership with other departments).
  • Use AI tools to accelerate campaign performance, improve targeting precision, and reduce time-to-market without sacrificing brand quality or message integrity.
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation and intelligent automation within the demand generation function.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Sales leaders and Field Marketing to align campaigns with territory, industry, and account-level priorities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, lead management, and reporting.
  • Work with Partner Marketing to ensure Security campaign frameworks can be activated through channel and technology partner programs.
  • Drive alignment among stakeholders and maintain accountability for campaign execution and results.

Insights & Optimization

  • Use customer, market, and performance insights to improve campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in the cybersecurity and security technology landscape to shape campaign messaging and positioning.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews and share recommendations to improve future performance across the organization.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture focused on continuous optimization.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaign management experience in a technology company.
  • Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes through integrated marketing programs.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional campaigns from strategy through execution; including digital, email, content, events, and ABM.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and demand generation best practices, including awareness, engagement, conversion, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Strong experience working closely with Sales organizations and aligning marketing activities to territory and revenue goals.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities across multiple audiences.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Experience marketing cybersecurity, cloud security, risk management, identity, data protection, or related technology solutions strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and enterprise buying motions.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot or similar), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics/reporting tools.
  • Understanding of enterprise technology buying centers including Security, IT, Infrastructure, Risk, and executive stakeholders.
  • Exposure to intent platforms and intend data (6sense, Demandbase)
  • Experience working with channel and technology partners on co-marketed campaign programs.
  • Experience with AI-powered campaign tools and the judgment to use them in ways that enhance rather than compromise brand voice.
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B technology or IT services environment where marketing infrastructure was being built or scaled.

Education and Experience:

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
