Workday Configuration Analyst

We’re looking for a Workday Configuration Analyst to join Snap Inc! As a member of the HRIS team, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Workday. Working from our Santa Monica headquarters, you’ll collaborate with the People team to continue to build out and optimize our Workday ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
Configure and support existing Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning) and add new functionality as necessary
Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams
Handle projects with ambiguity from design to implementation and often setting your own direction with minimal aid from leadership
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
Create advanced reports using complex calculated fields
Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data integrity
Train and mentor junior configuration specialists
Create functional and technical systems documentation

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or closely related, or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field
5+ years of Workday configuration experience with Workday modules
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday Payroll Certification
