Technical Recruiter
We are currently searching for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team! Our company is continuing to grow rapidly, and our client demands are increasing. We need a Technical Recruiter to help us drive our talent acquisition strategy and find the other talented individuals that will propel our company forward. Given our specialization, this person needs to have a technical background (or fairly deep technical understanding) to be effective at screening candidates. Additionally, having experience working in or recruiting for Agile Scrum Masters / Technical Project Mangers is also required. This role is 100% remote, so we’re flexible on where you reside providing you are in the U.S.
Job Description:
- Lead recruiting efforts including interviewing, scheduling and management of the talent pool
- Perform continuous outreach operations to potential candidates
- Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
- Manage and maintain the talent management systems including LinkedIn Recruiter, Fresh Teams, Indeed, etc.
- Effectively categorize and organize applicants to strengthen our talent pool for current and future hiring needs
- Support Sales, Marketing and Business Development activities that align with our recruiting initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Must have a thorough understanding of, and experience with, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Need to have worked intimately with a Talent Management System, ideally with Fresh Teams
- Must be able to demonstrate a technical aptitude that will be effective identifying and screening potential DevOps and SRE candidates
- Extensive experience recruiting skilled Technical Project Managers and Scrum Masters is required
- Experience working for a Consulting firm or Managed Service Provider would be a plus
- Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and be self-organized is required
