Technical Recruiter
SimplePractice is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help our team continue to grow with a focus on product, engineering, and design hiring. We're looking for someone who has a passion for recruiting the best and brightest candidates and enjoys every part of the recruiting process and enjoys working on a variety of roles.
Responsibilities
- You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
- You will source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
- You will facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership
- Work with recruiting team to determine best interview practices, improve candidate experience, and recruiting operational process development
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
- Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit pertaining to specific roles
- Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
- Consultative and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
