ServiceTitan is looking for a  Sr. Rewards Analyst with an emphasis on retirement and equity programs. This role will ensure that our programs support the company’s strategic objectives, meet legal requirements, and align with ServiceTitan’s Total Rewards philosophy.  

The ideal candidate takes initiative, is passionate about people, is highly organized and can multitask and prioritize varied complex projects. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced, changing and growing environment. 

As our Sr. Rewards Analyst, you will:

  • Responsible for overall administration of the Company’s 401(k) plan (enrollment, funding, discrimination testing, plan audit, quarterly plan review, etc)
  • Responsible for assisting with  administration of the Company’s equity programs  (gathering new hire and other grants, data maintenance, grant acceptance, exercise approval, etc.)
  • Accountable for continuous improvement of retirement plan and equity program processes, documentation and communications
  • Manages the relationships with relevant vendors
  • Serves as SME for initiatives requiring financial well-being subject matter expertise 
  • Ensures programs are administered in accordance with plan documents and legal compliance, staying up to date on changing regulations or plan provisions.
  • Interacts with participants, legal counsel, third parties and government agencies on escalated situations or challenges. 
  • Expands availability of program information and education to employees through written materials and presentations, websites and webinars. 
  • Contributes to change management and milestone plans to execute the delivery of new programs/vendors.
  • Serves as an integral part of the management of current and future enhancements of relevant workflow and processes within Workday.
  • Develops integration recommendations and manages implementation of retirement plans during M&A, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. 
  • Maintains and runs reports on related data from Workday and vendor systems.  Conducts regular audits to ensure the accuracy of the data.
  • Completes special projects as needed

To be successful, you'll need: 

  • 5+ years of experience working in employee retirement benefit programs (internal or external) or retirement benefit consulting positions. 
  • In depth knowledge of defined contribution plan federal laws and regulations, administrative best practices, advanced project management and vendor management skills. 
  • Must be extremely well organized, with excellent interpersonal and partnering skills. 
  • Must be able to quickly synthesize and explain complex topics simply.
  • Guru-level Google Sheets/Excel skills 
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating on diverse teams.
  • Workday, Fidelity  and Carta systems experience preferred.
