Sr. Director/ Director, Talent Acquisition
Sr. Director/ Director, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for helping us build and grow our employer brand, leading and developing our recruiting team, giving our candidates a world-class experience, and, of course, helping our company grow.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor ServiceTitan’s growing recruiting team
- Develop recruiting processes that are scalable and consistent across functions and markets
- Align business priorities with recruiting priorities, and track and report progress to the executive team
- Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure close calibration and quick and efficient interview processes
- Evaluate and maintain high standards for our job requirements, descriptions, and hiring processes as we scale
- Build out data and analytics to measure the ROI of TA programs, including metrics on source of hire, time to hire/time to fill, measurement of candidate experience, quality of hiring and ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent as well as branding, EVP, and other spend.
- Develop an ongoing training approach to ensure recruiters and hiring managers have the knowledge and tools they need to be successful.
- Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of the company and brand, speaking at panels and events and learning best practices.
- Accountable for executing our vision, for our recruiting strategy, delivering results, as well as filling roles alongside colleagues on the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, with minimum 3 years in a recruiting leadership role, ideally in fast-paced high growth environment
- Direct experience building a hiring team, including hiring and training new team members
- Ability to develop long-term solutions versus short-term quick fixes
- Experience with executive search
- Experience owning and reporting recruiting metrics
- Proven track record of diverse talent attraction leadership, including creative sourcing solutions and programs, established relationships with hiring managers and team development
- Deep passion for providing a great candidate experience
- Strong tendency toward action and getting things done
- Interest in presenting recruiting initiatives and wins to the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication & influencing
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
