Senior Technical Recruiter

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join Snap Inc! As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll help us find top engineers and creatives who will play a crucial role in building and shaping key features that millions of Snapchatters use every day. Working from our headquarters in Los Angeles, CA, you’ll make a huge organizational impact on our growing company by filling high-priority, senior-level positions within our engineering and creative teams.
What you’ll do:
- Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions
- Source, engage, and evaluate top-tier technical and creative talent
- Work on a variety of technical and creative roles cross-functionally
- Manage communication and partnership with hiring managers and leaders
- Drive offer process, including generating and extending offers, and closing candidates
- Maintain and improve Snap Inc.’s candidate experience
- Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, inclusive of at least 2+ years in an in-house environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for an array of technical and creative roles, including software, hardware, research, and design
- Experience partnering and working with leadership and executive teams
- Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
- Experience working in both small and large tech companies
- Someone with an extensive network of senior engineering and creative talent across the globe
- Someone who loves solving challenging problems and building programs for scale
- Passion for building effective and high-performing teams
- Someone who is customer-focused and can provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
- Someone with an analytical mindset who understands the importance of tracking metrics
- Someone who is organized, works with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly identify and execute on priorities
