Senior HR Compliance Coordinator

We’re looking for a Senior HR Coordinator to join our Employee Relations and HR Compliance team!
What you’ll do:
Support the HR Compliance team, which is composed of Immigration, Contingent Worker program, OFCCP, International HR Compliance and Employee Relations.
Coordinate day-to-day immigration inquiries from current team members and outside Immigration Counsel
Monitor the accommodations line and escalate as appropriate
Post DOL notices regularly and sort government mail/notices
Review and audit I-9 forms, including timely submission of E-verify matters
Assist on employee relations projects with ad hoc resources, projects and reports
Pull and audit reports regularly for immigration and contingent worker programs
Build Google Slides presentations, ad hoc spreadsheets and reports
Manage invoices, travel and expense reports
Help administer the ER Case Management System
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
Experience handling confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Mac and Google applications, such as sheets, slides, and docs.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment within strict timelines
Able to collaborate with internal and external partners at all levels of a company
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ year of HR or similar experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years corporate immigration experience - both nonimmigrant and immigrant visas
1+ years experience using HRIS tracking system (Workday), Google Suite, Jira, Form I-9
