Medley is looking to hire a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to help us achieve our aggressive growth plans. Our mission is to attract and hire the top talent for our teams. In this newly created position, you will be responsible for the full recruitment support from managing multi to job advertisements and candidate sourcing, as well as coordinating interviews. Your focus should always be on creating the best possible candidate experience. 


The Recruiting Coordinator is essential in ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. A successful Recruiting Coordinator will be an organizational expert, enjoy communication with others, and overall, be an ambassador for Medely. Partnerships are important as a Recruiting Coordinator will balance all partners while promoting operational best practices in our environment of high growth. You will feel confident managing several projects at the same time and enjoy the challenges of building a great organization of experienced individuals.

What you will do:

  • Assist the team with the recruiting process
  • Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates; schedule calls and interviews
  • Assist Talent team in screening resumes and sourcing top talent
  • Post jobs on professional sites, job sites, and social media
  • Track open positions using ATSParticipate in and help to coordinate recruiting events
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Contact candidate references 
  • Coordinate background checks as needed
  • Assist with other HR projects/tasks as needed

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field 
  • 1 year of experience as Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
  • Eager and willing to learn the position requirements
  • Enthusiastic about the world of recruiting
  • Ability to juggle multiple calendars
  • Experience using G-Suite. Asana, ATS, and Slack
  •  Committed to utilizing legally compliant, best in class HR processes
  • Ability to apply professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Action-oriented, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
  • Adept at planning, organizing, process management with an aptitude for problem-solving
