Recruiter
We’re seeking a Recruiter with entrepreneurial drive who’s looking to own our recruiting process as we enter our next stage of organic growth. You’ll join a growing operations team and focus initially on filling technical positions and Customer Success roles.

This role will work closely with our COO, SVP of Software Development, SVP of Customer Success, and other hiring managers across the company to take ownership of sourcing candidates and accelerating our hiring process.
Initial Responsibilities
- Represent and champion our SimplePractice culture and help develop our employer narrative
- Identify potential hires through swift and effective sourcing
- Recruit multiple roles across multiple departments at the same time
- Work with hiring managers to create scorecards and job descriptions
- Develop, test, and track recruitment strategies to produce an efficient sourcing plan
- Leverage data, prior knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies
- Screen candidates and manage offers
- Evolve and standardize our interview evaluation process
- Train hiring managers on our standardized interview process
- Sponsor and attend recruiting events
- Host meetups and networking events in our office space
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to develop detailed profiles of target candidates with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities

You have:
- The ability to give and receive feedback and are confident asking the questions you need to be successful

- A track record of sourcing unique, specialized or hard-to-fill roles to align with short- and long-term business objectives
- Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Experience developing talent market insights and data to influence leadership and cross-functional group decisions
- +10 years of professional experience in a fast paced environment
