As a member of the talent acquisition management team for ServiceTitan, you will own attracting and closing the most sought after leadership talent for executive roles across our business. You will work with the executive team as a consultant; partnering to develop and innovate leadership recruiting strategies. We are seeking a dynamic Executive Recruiter who brings a balance of creativity, focus and determination to our team. A desire to provide the highest level of service to our internal leadership team and external candidates, as well as, a research driven approach to recruiting are key to success.

As our Principal Executive Recruiter, you will:

• Partner with executives to create and facilitate search strategies for leadership requisitions
• Host executive candidates throughout the interview process ensuring they have an exceptional candidate experience
• Partner with sourcers/researchers to complete and present market research to the business
• Manage all components of the pipeline and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
• Elevate the executive recruiting function and implement a standardized yet agile process, which engages hiring leaders and candidates
• Create innovative new candidate identification methods, engagement strategies and channels for executive recruiting
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across the executive leadership team, hiring managers, candidates, and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity & Inclusion teams)
• Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs
• Proactively attend digital/online leadership events, conferences and other information sessions & events to network with top executive talent in the software space

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years Executive search experience; ideally in the technology sector
• 10+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Well-versed in all aspects of executive search including market research, creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation, client management and offer/negotiation
• Experience independently partnering with leadership teams on hiring initiatives
• Deep knowledge & relationships within the technology industry
• Executive presence with a business mindset 
• Effectively influence stakeholders and drive impact in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving experience
• Ability to make data driven decisions
• Self motivated and intellectually curious
• Ability to juggle multiple projects & changing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree
