Role Overview
The Manager, Recruitment will lead EZ Texting’s strategy to secure the best talent to join our newly remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to reimagine our recruiting processes and design a thoughtful (remote!) candidate experience. A successful candidate has experience scaling a recruiting function and cares deeply about coaching and developing both their team and our leaders.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead EZ Texting’s recruitment function to provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring and grow our business
Deliver creative, innovative recruitment strategies and recommendations based on data analysis and metrics-driven execution
Problem solve and take a continuous improvement approach to operations, including regular reporting on recruiting metrics
Develop scalable interview processes to qualify and hire the best candidates efficiently
Define and execute a recruiting brand strategy that will make EZ Texting the top destination for amazing talent
Manage relationships with external vendors such as independent consultants, search firms etc. to ensure we are properly resourced
Act as a champion for EZ Texting’s People team and lead by example with a team-first approach
Support EZ Texting’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion by developing strategies to build diverse pipelines and reduce bias in our interviewing processes
Partner closely with all levels of the organization for all things recruiting (strategy through execution)
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing and scaling high-performing teams in a fast-paced technology companies
7+ years of recruitment experience
Experience building recruiting systems and strategies from the ground up, including approaches to increasing diversity
Track record of success managing difficult searches directly, juggling competing priorities, and handling high requisition loads in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
Strong communication, leadership and client service skills
Comfort using data to drive decision making and to solve problems
Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus!
