Essential Duties

  • Plan, coordinate and manage Frontline Health Employee benefits to ensure they have competitive and cost effective rates.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, payment of benefits invoices, and interpretation of summary plan descriptions.
  • Act as the liaison between the employee and insurance carrier.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation and maintains employee records and HR systems.
  • LOA Administration; FMLA, PDL, CFRA, FEHA, etc.
  • Experience in EEO, ADA, ERISA, and OSHA Compliance.
  • Review and Approve office Supplies and Welcome Kits for Frontline Health Professionals.
  • Knowledge of payroll lawsConsults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law.
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Benefits and COBRA administration. Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carriers.
  • Prepares Employee Verifications and Employee Separation notices when applicable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service Maintain Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Checklist 

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years experience minimum with proven success with employee relations
  • 5 years experience in Travel Nurse Industry5 years experience in benefit administration
  • 5 years Office Management experience
  • 5 years employee relations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in Human Resources or similar
  • Able to manage your own desk and make independent decisions
  • Obsessed with creating great experiences for travel healthcare professionals
  • Outside the box thinkersCareer oriented with a desire for advancement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in web based products and ability to learn new applications easily
