HR Executive Assistant

Golden Hippo is currently looking for an HR Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to company executive and HR team by conducting research, handling sensitive information requests, supporting site initiatives and performing various clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, managing travel, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE
- File and retrieve corporate or employee documents, records and reports
- Conduct research on HR related topics
- Support site event planning
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Manage calendars and scheduling meetings for executives
- Invoice management
- E-mail and phone correspondence on behalf of the executives
BEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
- 5+ Years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant
- Strong computer skills including: Internet, G-Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Strong research ability and experience
- Excellent organization, time, and project management skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the capacity to communicate via text/messenger with a fast response time
- Aptitude in basic math (budget, invoicing, expense reporting, etc.)
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work proactively in a fast paced, high volume, and results-focused environment with the ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency
- Experience working with executives and maintaining the utmost of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company
- Licensed Notary Public is a plus
