Coordinator, Talent Partnerships

The Strategy & Content team is responsible for the design, development, and execution of strategic initiatives, with a focus on driving product innovation, content creativity, and audience growth. The Strategy team oversees our corporate strategy, which includes expansion into new global markets, company growth through business acquisitions, and relations with third-party partners. The team operates at the intersection of innovation and growth and helps drive progress towards Snap’s highest priority initiatives.
We’re looking for a Coordinator of Talent Partnerships to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Talent Partnerships team, you will help manage relationships with content creators. Often you will be working directly with creators, and helping them to understand Snapchat in ways that help unlock their creativity. You’ll collaborate with other members of the Talent Partnerships team by helping with day to day operations and projects, as well as other teams across the company.
What you’ll do:
- Identify emerging talent on other platforms and on Snapchat.
- Aid outreach efforts for emerging talent and nurture high impact relationships
- Manage operations for the pipeline of new Snap Stars and various tracking projects
- Share best practices and educate emerging talent on success tactics in regular Snap Star onboarding video conference calls
- Funnel emerging talent into various content offerings including Editorial, Shows, and Originals
- Help link emerging Snap Stars into cross-functional opportunities
- Assist in building out regularly shared reports and decks
- Assist in projects related to international growth of creators
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Google programs such as Slides, Sheets, Docs in order to build out decks and reports
- Knowledge of the entertainment industry, pop culture, and digital native creators
- Working knowledge of major digital and social media platforms
- Passion for Snapchat
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in the entertainment or digital media industry in a role that focuses on building relationships
