The Role
SimplePractice is seeking a Coordinator to join our SimplePractice Learning team, the leading continuing education platform for mental health practitioners. Our high-quality, on-demand courses help health and wellness clinicians expand their skills and meet their continuing education requirements through compelling topics and engaging presenters. In this role, you will contribute to content development and business operation needs essential to our next phase of growth. You will have the opportunity to build on these contributions and own larger growth projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Content Specialist in regular tasks related to content development and course publication
- Manage the contracting and onboarding process with external presenters
- Regularly compile and review customer feedback for content assessment
- Deliver monthly reports regarding business performance
- Maintain site to align with accreditation, branding, and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with Customer Success group to ensure platform and policy changes are effectively communicated
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Passion for health and wellness
- Strong academic and extracurricular record
- Strong communication skills. Through every medium, and everyone you come in contact with, you know how to communicate effectively, elegantly, and with respect, always
- Familiarity and comfortability facilitating projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time
- Startup Savvy. You understand the fast pace, the scrappiness, and flexibility required for success….. and you love it
- Comfortable learning new tools
