We're looking for a contract business recruiter to help us attract top talent . This will be a highly impactful contract role responsible for partnering with business/G&A teams to understand staffing needs and work collaboratively on recruiting strategies.


Our ideal candidate for this role has strong analytical and interpersonal skills and loves working collaboratively to complete hiring achievements. You are someone who has prior experience sourcing for Marketing, Product Marketing, HR, and Global Escalation positions.


This position can be remote (US based) or located in Los Angeles, CA, or San Francisco, CA. At this time, this position will be a 6-month contract. 

In this role, you will:

  • Responsible for full-lifecycle, recruiting support for business teams within Tinder while owning an efficient candidate process and experience.
  • Partner closely with the business to identify, build and complete effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and the brightest business talent.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and proactively report on pipeline activity to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring discussions.
  • Measure performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in sourcing and recruiting strategies and partner with peers to implement these strategies.
  • Serve as an internally and externally-facing representative of Tinder and our recruiting team.

We're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for various positions with an emphasis on marketing, communications, and product management in a B2C or B2B tech company.
  • Shown success sourcing and closing talent in a high-growth environment within the technology industry.
  • Solid knowledge of a web-based ATS, preferably Lever.
  • An excellent networker and have a track record of organizing and attending meetups, conferences, and events to attract candidates.
  • Experience with dynamic sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing and internet data mining and recruiting practices such as search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, and other online networking communities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed while needing minimal direction.
  • Organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks and adapt to business priorities that change quickly.
  • Dedication to using your innovative recruitment techniques, working hard, and having fun in a vibrant environment.
