What we are looking for…

An experienced Agent Recruiter to join a venture-backed travel and hospitality company redefining the destination real estate landscape. We are looking for a charismatic, engaging recruiter to hand select the top agents across the country to join our exciting new brokerage. You are a self starter with a passion for building teams, being a leader, and taking the initiative with exceptional, proven telephone prospecting skills, impeccable follow-up and great customer service. What you'll do...

• Find and engage existing talent in target destination market places
• Drive aggressive agent growth within local market areas from a remote location 
• Building strong consultative relationships with the top agents across the country
• Build your recruiting program from the ground up
• Identify and attend key in market real estate or industry events
• Lead strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high producing and high potential real estate agents to the firm
• Work independently and with principal brokers in our key markets to attract agents
• Attend key regional and national and industry conferences
• Promote a strong training and learning based environment
• Create and present themed training classes on an monthly basis
• Drive the agent recruiting cycle from the initial conversation until on-boarding
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the top 20% of our sales force
• Applicants will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing (pre-qualifying), and introducing applicants to the local branches
• Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information confidential

What you'll bring...

• Passion for helping agents and agent-teams
• A history as a Recruiter/Team Leader or as a General Manager/Broker in Charge 
• Demonstrated ability to recruit a volume of high performing agents
• Ability to build powerful relationships and recruit effectively and consistently
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Familiarity recruiting in California, Florida, Hawaii, Colorado, or NC a plus, but not required
• Previous training or coaching with Tom Ferry would be beneficial but not required
• Experience as a licensed real estate agent, but an active license is not required
• Start-up experience preferred but not required
