About the Role
We’re looking for a creative Growth Marketer to drive our top-of-funnel efforts, owning demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels. This is a builder role - you’ll have the autonomy to experiment, optimize, and scale what's working. If you thrive at the intersection of performance, creativity, and process, and want to make a real impact, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Execution
* Own and execute full-funnel demand generation for prospects
* Develop and manage high-impact campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and other paid channels
* Build email acquisition systems, landing pages, lead capture flows, and nurture funnels with clear attribution and tracking

Experimentation & Optimization
* Run rapid-fire experiments to test creative, copy, channels, and audience segmentation
* Measure and iterate on performance using CAC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI as your north stars
* Build dashboards and reporting to drive visibility and clarity across the team

Systems & Process
* Create scalable playbooks, templates, and workflows to grow demand generation sustainably
* Evaluate and manage growth stack tools (HubSpot, Webflow, Zapier, GA4, Looker, analytics platforms)

Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with content, design, and sales to develop cohesive campaigns and messaging
* Incorporate feedback from sales, customer success and product to refine targeting and positioning
* Collaborate on marketing assets, product positioning, and conversion optimization efforts

Who You Are
* 3-6 years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing (B2B SaaS or fintech/financial services ideal)
* Proven ability to plan, execute, and scale multi-channel campaigns with measurable resultsCreative, experimental, and deeply curious. You love testing ideas and learning what resonates
* Comfortable with analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4, Looker, LinkedIn Ads Manager, etc.) and data storytelling
* Excellent copywriting instincts with a clear, audience-first approach to messaging
* Organized operator who can build from zero and move fast
* Thrives in a remote-first, startup environment—comfortable juggling ambiguity and competing priorities
* Bonus: Experience marketing to HR/People teams or within the workplace benefits ecosystem
